SakéOne is the leading brewery of Premium Craft saké in America. SakéOne leads with distinct Junmai Ginjo styles, flavor infusions and a penchant for education. Tours of the kura will give you an inside look at how saké is made and is available at 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. on weekends. SakéOne will leave you enlightened and informed with a smile on your face and palate.

Sidereus Vineyard & Winery, which opened in 2021, is a boutique winery in the Laurelwood District AVA. The established estate-grown vineyards produce Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. Syndicate Wine Bar is downtown Beaverton’s first wine bar. Syndicate opened July 2019, and features a growing wine library of different wines, including their own produced under the Syndicate Wines label.
